Document Processing Coordinator (Evening Shift) Downtown Manhattan Schedule:

4:30 PM – 12:30 AM, with overtime eligibility

We are seeking a hybrid

Document Processing Specialist

to support firmwide document production and formatting needs in a fast-paced legal environment. This role works closely with document processing staff, administrative teams, and legal professionals to ensure high-quality, timely document support.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and collaborate with the document processing team to support firmwide document production and formatting requests Assist with advanced Microsoft Word functions, including styles, document formatting, revisions, cleanup of converted documents, cross-referencing, and generation of tables of contents and tables of authorities Edit PowerPoint presentations and other presentation materials Convert PDFs to and from Microsoft Word using approved conversion software Revise Microsoft Word documents based on handwritten edits or tracked changes Create labels and correspondence using Word mail merge Create and revise diagrams, tables, and organizational charts; assist with Excel spreadsheets as needed Process DocuSign packets Provide document production support to administrative and legal staff as needed Send and receive faxes Assist with outgoing packages via UPS/FedEx using shipping software

Qualifications

Prior experience as a

Lead Operator

in a legal or financial services word processing/document production environment required Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Experience with iManage Work or similar document management systems preferred Familiarity with DocXtools, Litera, Adobe Acrobat, ABBYY FineReader, and DocuSign Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines in a high-volume, fast-paced environment Flexibility to adjust hours based on business and operational needs Transportation:
