Legal Secretary Position
We are a well-established law firm in New Jersey seeking a Legal Secretary with at least 5 years of commercial real estate experience to support partner in a fast-paced, professional environment. Key Responsibilities:
Manage calendars and deadlines for attorney Format and edit legal documents, including titles Handle NJ e-filing with precision and efficiency Work independently with minimal supervision (support available when needed) Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all communications Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of real estate experience Proficiency in NJ e-filing systems is required Strong skills in document formatting, editing, and legal correspondence Excellent organizational and time management abilities Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively What We Offer:
