Receptionist Job Responsibilities
Front Desk & Customer Service
Answer and route incoming calls
Greet customers and direct them to appropriate departments
Administrative & Office Support
Manage incoming and outgoing mail
Perform scanning, filing, and document organization
Order business cards and maintain company directory updates
Coordinate team lunches (end-of-month and birthday events)
Accounting & Clerical Support
Assist with processing deposits
Handle check processing and basic financial documentation
Inventory & Dealership Support
Enter and maintain new vehicle inventory records
Process used vehicle purchases
Ensure accuracy of inventory data across systems
System & Schedule Maintenance
Maintain and update internal schedules (65 & 69 reports via CTRL)
Support general system updates and data accuracy
Schedule: 8am - 5pm, Mon-Fri

Previous Reception or Call-Center experience preferred
Previous Automotive experience preferred
Corporate Hiring Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age, have a valid driver's license, clean driving record and be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
