As a Service Advisor, you’ll play a critical role in our guests’ experience—serving as the primary point of contact between customers and technicians, and helping keep our busy shop running smoothly and efficiently.
Service Advisor Job Responsibilities
Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service
Drive the sale of technicians' time to meet the department's sales forecast
Prioritize required services and be prepared to provide options upon request
Keep customers informed on completion times, service expenses, and possible changes
Ensure customer has a positive dealership experience

1-3 years of previous service writing experience is strongly recommended
A desire to work effectively in a team environment
Prior CDK experience is strongly recommended
Strong attention-to-detail
Corporate requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
