Swiftlane is scaling fast and we’re hiring Inbound Account Executives to capitalize on a high-volume, high-intent lead flow.
This is not a cold outbound grind. We generate 1,000+ inbound leads per month, and we need AEs who know how to qualify, run a tight sales process, and close efficiently.
What You’ll Own
- You’ll take inbound opportunities from first touch to close, owning the full sales cycle and turning demand into revenue.
- Manage and close high-intent inbound leads
- Run structured discovery, demos, and proposals
- Drive deals through a ~30-day sales cycle
- Maintain strong pipeline hygiene and accurate forecasting
- Consistently hit and exceed quota
What You’ll Actually Do
Inbound Sales Execution
- Respond quickly and effectively to inbound inquiries
- Qualify opportunities and control the sales process
- Run compelling product demos tailored to the customer
Deal Management
- Navigate stakeholders (property managers, owners, operators)
- Build urgency and drive clean, fast closes
- Handle objections and position value over price
Pipeline & Forecasting
- Maintain clean CRM discipline
- Accurately forecast and manage deal progression
- Prioritize high-probability opportunities
What We’re Looking For
- 2–6+ years of closing experience as an AE (full-cycle preferred)
- Proven success in SaaS sales environments
- Experience selling into property managers / multifamily / real estate operators strongly preferred
- Track record of quota attainment and overachievement (President’s Club, awards, rankings, etc.)
- Strong discovery and demo skills—you know how to control a call
- Ability to manage a high volume of inbound opportunities without losing quality
- Competitive, coachable, and highly motivated

- Consistently hitting or exceeding quota
- High close rates on inbound opportunities
- Clean pipeline management and accurate forecasting
- Strong deal velocity (~30-day sales cycles)
- Becoming a top performer on the team
