
Real Estate Paralegal

Job Description
The ideal candidate will bring at least 5+ years of experience managing all phases of real estate closings.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
Prepare and review real estate-related documents, including contracts, leases, purchase agreements, deeds, title affidavits, and other legal documentation.
Holding a title agent license is preferred; candidates who are willing to obtain licensure within one year of employment will also be considered.
Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills when working with clients.
Demonstrate intellectual curiosity and a genuine interest in expanding knowledge and responsibilities within the role.
Oversee and manage the closing process from initiation through completion.
Education & Experience
Prior experience in real estate or a related field is preferred. Relevant college degrees and certifications such as Legal Assistant or Paralegal credentials are beneficial but not required.
