Enterprise Account Executive - San Francisco AI Security Vendor ???? Location: San Francisco ???? Salary: Circa $300k - $350k OTE (50/50) Scout Global is partnering with a super exciting early stage AI Security vendor. We are looking to expand the team with the first Enterprise Account Executive on the West Coast. We are looking for someone with a proven track record of successful Enterprise sales is needed, a self-starter that can create net new pipeline with a strong Hunter Mentality. Key Responsibilities: Drive and define sales strategies and develop the West region. Self starter - ability to create pipeline from scratch Manage and support the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals. Develop and execute a sales plan to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets. Maintain and document a detailed sales pipeline, including forecasts, prospect information, current opportunities, and future activities. Qualifications: Must have sold Cyber Security products. Must have worked for a early stage start up or scale up - being a founding / one of the first reps is needed. A minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise sales. Self-starter, autonomous, ability to work independently and remotely while also contributing as a valuable member of the team. Demonstrated success in managing the sales lifecycle and achieving sales goals. Proven track record in new business development and prospecting. Strong technical understanding of industry-related technologies is preferred. Willingness to travel as required.
