Position Summary: The Public Relations (PR) Assistant participates in a supportive learning experience focused on providing administrative, operational, and research support to the PR team. This role offers foundational exposure to PR operations, research, and team coordination within a guided program environment.
Learning Focus Areas Administrative support for PR campaigns
Research on media outlets, influencers, and industry trends
Organization of PR materials and databases
Operational coordination and scheduling support
Basic media monitoring and reporting assistance
Program Activities Assisting with research and media list development
Supporting the organization of press materials and databases
Helping coordinate schedules and follow-ups
Contributing to basic media monitoring tasks
Collaborating with PR team members on daily operations
Engaging in practice‑based administrative and research exercises
Participation Expectations Engage consistently in program activities and team support
Maintain clear communication and attention to detail
Actively participate in guided learning sessions
Qualifications Strong organizational and research skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Attention to detail and reliability
Eagerness to learn PR processes and tools
Work Environment This is a fully remote learning environment involving administrative support, research tasks, and team collaboration.
