Gryphon Oakwood is currently working on a Vice President of Operations role for a roofing contractor in Atlanta, Georgia.

Manage the full lifecycle of commercial roofing projects, from planning through completion, while meeting timelines, budgets, and quality standards
Lead, mentor, and support the roofing operations team to foster performance, accountability, and continuous improvement
Establish, implement, and refine operational policies and procedures to boost efficiency and ensure consistent quality
Perform regular site inspections to verify adherence to safety standards and workmanship requirements
Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure clear communication and smooth project execution
Monitor and assess project performance using key metrics, making operational adjustments to achieve objectives
Provide training, guidance, and technical expertise to team members on commercial roofing practices, safety, and installation techniques

Proven experience in operations management within the commercial roofing industry
Strong knowledge of roofing systems, such as TPO, PVC and metal, roofing processes, and modern installation methods
Demonstrated leadership with a history of motivating, developing, and managing diverse teams
Excellent organizational and project management skills
Strong verbal and written communication abilities
