About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President of Sales for Commercial Roofing to spearhead its revenue strategy in the southeast US market, with a primary focus on the Florida region. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and mentoring a high-performing sales organization, developing and executing regional sales strategies, and driving revenue growth across various commercial roofing sectors. This role demands a leader with a deep understanding of the commercial roofing lifecycle, from client relationships to project closeout, and the ability to build and strengthen long-term client partnerships. Key responsibilities include overseeing sales leadership, business development, and major client relationships, as well as collaborating with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

Applicants for the Vice President of Sales position should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in commercial roofing sales leadership, with a proven track record of managing high-producing sales teams. A strong network within the South Florida commercial construction or property management markets is essential, as is experience in overseeing large project pipelines and multi-million dollar opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a strategic leadership mindset, strong operational awareness, and the ability to recruit, develop, and retain top-performing sales professionals. Preferred experience includes a background in selling or managing projects involving various commercial roofing systems and working with large commercial assets or institutional clients.
