Position Overview
Personal Banker – Retail Branch, Park Ridge, IL. Responsible for building and managing the branch customer base through proactive sales, service, and risk management to promote customer financial well‑being and loyalty.
Location Park Ridge, IL – 607 W Devon, 60068‑4732. In‑office role.
Responsibilities
Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.
Identify opportunities to improve customer financial wellbeing and grow share of wallet.
Conduct sales conversations via outbound calling, teller interactions, appointment setting, and lobby engagement.
Deliver full PNC conversations, presenting appropriate solutions and leveraging ecosystem partnerships.
Educate customers on managing financial transactions using technology, tools, and resources.
Apply product and procedural knowledge to solve customer problems effectively.
Manage risk by adhering to policies and procedures; exercise sound judgment within established limits.
Participate in branch daily operations to ensure efficient and accurate execution.
Qualifications
Associates degree or equivalent; 3+ years of relevant banking or retail experience.
Knowledge of banking products, digital tools, and effective communication.
Proactive sales skills, customer focus, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Problem‑solving abilities and understanding of customer needs.
Background check required.
