Job Summary & Responsibilities
The Private Credit, Portfolio Management Analyst will play a key role in supporting private credit investment activities for Constellation Investments. This role plays a key part in monitoring portfolio performance, assessing credit risk, and supporting data-driven investment decisions across a diverse portfolio of private credit investments.

This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career finance professional to gain hands-on experience in portfolio management, financial analysis, and investment decision-making within a collaborative, high‑performing team.

Your role and impact
Here’s a glimpse of your responsibilities and the meaningful impact you’ll create as the Private Credit, Portfolio Management Analyst:

Monitor the ongoing performance of private credit investments, identifying trends, risks, and areas of concern

Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and elevate under‑performing assets to senior leadership

Analyze financial statements, industry trends, and company performance to assess overall credit health

Build and maintain financial models, including scenario and sensitivity analyses

Prepare periodic reports and detailed portfolio reviews for senior stakeholders

Monitor covenant compliance and evaluate the impact of any deviations

Support quarterly valuation analysis and maintain portfolio data and reporting tools

Conduct industry research to support portfolio monitoring and investment insights

Partner with the investment team on additional opportunities and ad‑hoc analysis

Preferred Qualifications
What sets you up for success
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field

0–2 years of experience in private credit or a related area (e.g., underwriting, leveraged loans, high‑yield investments)

Preferred Skills

Strong financial modeling and quantitative analysis capabilities

Effective communication and presentation skills

High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities

Intellectual curiosity and a proactive approach to learning
