
Marketing Executive Assistant

Job Description
We’re looking for a Senior Executive Assistant to support two of SAP’s most senior marketing leaders: the Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer for SAP Concur, and the Senior Vice President for SAP Digital Growth Marketing. This role involves daily business operations such as inbox and calendar management, preparation and follow‑up of meetings, travel and event arrangements, team health and culture activities, and ad‑hoc requests with high visibility.
Responsibilities
Manage executive day‑to‑day calendar: handle incoming meeting requests, schedule meetings with internal and external participants, ensure executive preparedness, monitor responses, and resolve conflicts.
Arrange domestic and international business trips, including flight, hotel, transfers, restaurant reservations, etc.
Organize virtual and onsite team events (get‑togethers, offsites, workshops): handle locations, agenda, food, beverage, and activities.
Perform general administrative tasks such as purchasing and expense management.
Handle daily business operations and ad‑hoc requests.
Profile / Qualifications
5+ years of relevant experience, preferably as an EA in a fast‑paced environment such as technology.
Strong organizational, time‑management, and problem‑solving skills.
Exemplary written and verbal communication skills.
High integrity, confidentiality, and a trustworthy work attitude.
Strong interpersonal and intercultural skills to build and maintain professional relationships with stakeholders.
Ability to work independently, proactively, and as a team player.
Proficient with Microsoft Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and similar tools.
Experience hosting virtual meetings in Microsoft Teams and Zoom with collaboration features.
Preferred: experience working in a global organization and coordinating across multiple time zones.
