
Help Desk Analyst

Our client is seeking a Help Desk Analyst to join their team. As a Help Desk Analyst, you will be part of the IT Support Department supporting internal staff and public users. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Onsite 1 - 2 days per week
What's the Job?
Provide identity and account management services for staff and public users
Perform first and second-tier computer support for internal staff
Manage and deploy computers
Assist with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in a timely manner
Support the use of digital tools, systems, and platforms, ensuring smooth operations
What's Needed?
At least 1 year of experience working with digital tools, systems, or platforms with a demonstrated ability to quickly learn new technologies
At least 6 months of experience in a customer service or client-facing role, with proven success in resolving issues and building positive relationships
At least 6 months of experience working in team-based environments, actively contributing to shared goals and engaging in open communication with colleagues
Experience providing IT support in a professional setting is a plus
Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite and identity management administration is desirable
