About the Role: Our client is seeking a motivated Outside Personal Lines Sales Producer to drive new business through networking, referrals, and community engagement. This full-time role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives on building relationships and consistently hitting sales targets. Work remotely or from the Virginia Beach office.

What You'll Do:

• Generate new business through referrals, networking, and community involvement
• Build strong relationships with centers of influence
• Meet and exceed monthly sales quotas
• Expand existing accounts through cross-selling
• Maintain an active and organized sales pipeline
• Participate in ongoing training and development

What You Need:

• 5+ years of proven sales experience
• Virginia P&C License
• Strong networking & relationship-building abilities
• Proven track record of meeting sales goals
• Excellent communication & presentation skills
• Ability to work independently in remote or office settings
• High ethical standards and client-first mindset
