Customer Service Representative
EMSL is seeking a Customer Service Representative for its Cinnaminson, NJ location. This role will entail interacting with customers via phone and/or email to address their concerns, answer their questions and assist them with their needs. This role is five days in the office on-site. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Receives high volume incoming emails and telephone calls Navigates and directs emails and calls to appropriate department Serves as a customer advocate by handling internal and external inquiries Handles account discrepancies and account corrections for the clients Resolves client issues with Sales and Accounting department to ensure customer satisfaction Acts as a liaison between client and company (client advocate) Provides Internet support by providing web site navigation updates and maintains client databases Makes corrections and/or updates to customer accounts Assists with other departments when needed Qualifications: Requirements: High School Diploma or Equivalent Preferred Associates degree in Business, Sciences, or Arts and/or two to three years of direct customer service experience Previous work experience in a commercial or environmental lab is a plus Multi-line experience Experience with high volume of calls on a daily basis Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette Ability to multi-task and work in fast paced environment Organization skills Proficient in MS Office Attention to detail Available Shift: Position is full time, Monday
Friday 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Training schedule to start will be Monday to Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Cinnaminson, NJ are encouraged to apply EMSL offers full time benefits: medical, dental, 401(k), voluntary benefits, paid time off, holiday pay, flexible spending account.
