Position: Assistant Public Defender
Responsibilities Provide representation of indigent persons in abuse & neglect, felony and misdemeanor criminal cases, juvenile cases, mental hygiene, habeas corpus, appeals, and other trial proceedings.
Qualifications Must be a licensed member of the West Virginia State Bar. Computer skills and ability to follow office policies/procedures are required.
Benefits Pay will depend on experience but is very competitive.
