
Customer Solutions Representative

What You’ll Do
Answer incoming calls and provide support related to life and annuity policies
Process payments and update account information accurately and timely
Provide clear, compliant information to policyholders, beneficiaries, and other authorized parties
Support policy servicing needs such as applications, payment plans, and policy updates
Navigate multiple systems to research and resolve inquiries
Assist with special projects and additional support needs as assigned
What We’re Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent
Customer service experience in insurance, banking, finance, retail, food service, or other fast‑paced service environments
Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
Comfort using multiple computer systems and Microsoft Office tools
