Construction Superintendent
to lead commercial projects in the Brookings area (within 75 miles). This is a
hands‑on role —you’ll lead crews, coordinate subcontractors, and help drive work forward on-site.
Responsibilities
Manage day‑to‑day construction operations
Lead field crews
Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers
Maintain project schedules and quality standards
Enforce jobsite safety
Work alongside crews when needed
Requirements
6+ years of construction experience
3+ years supervisory experience
Experience with commercial, wood, and steel construction
Ability to read plans and manage jobsite operations
Pay & Benefits
Salaried (DOE)
