We're looking for a skilled ETRM Business Analyst to join the team. This is a great opportunity to work on high-impact projects in a dynamic, Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather and document business requirements (BRDs) Lead Agile ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and daily stand-ups Write user stories, define acceptance criteria, and support UAT Facilitate meetings and drive collaboration across cross-functional teams Apply design thinking principles to deliver user-centric solutions Operate effectively in both Agile and Waterfall project environments Required Skills & Experience:
3-4+ years of hands-on ETRM experience (FIS Aligne preferred, other platforms welcome) Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies Excellent communication and grammar skills Experience leading meetings and managing product backlogs Familiarity with design thinking concepts Preferred Qualifications:
5+ years of overall business analysis experience CBAP certification Background in utilities or energy trading Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, and SCRUM frameworks
