Shareholder Communications Outbound Representative (100% Remote Role - $16/hour) 2-3 month contract, potential for extension! Preference for EST.

Our client is launching its annual shareholder outreach project and is seeking high-volume Outbound Call Center Representatives to support shareholder account communication initiatives. Representatives will provide professional, secure, and compliant outreach to shareholders regarding their accounts, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities Conduct high-volume outbound calls to shareholders regarding account updates, notifications, or required actions
Verify identity and handle sensitive shareholder information with strict confidentiality
Document call outcomes accurately in systems
Follow established scripts, compliance standards, and financial communication guidelines
Meet daily productivity metrics, quality standards, and call handling expectations
Participate in required training and refresher courses
Support special projects during high-volume periods
Report issues, trends, or escalations to supervisors
Requirements Prior call center experience (inbound or outbound) preferred
Comfort handling sensitive or confidential financial information
Strong verbal communication and customer service skills
Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet remote workspace
Ability to work full-time with overtime, evenings, and Saturdays
Strong attention to detail and accurate documentation
Work Environment & Schedule Remote work-from-home role
Monday-Friday, 10:00 AM-7:00 PM EST; optional Saturdays 10:00 AM-2:00 PM EST, with extended overtime availability
Seasonal project lasting 2-3 months, with potential to be extended
Pay Details:
$16.00 per hour
