
Administrative Assistant – Client Booking & Sales (Warm Leads Only)

We don’t need a receptionist to “take messages”. We need a Finisher.
This role combines client communication, scheduling, and sales follow-up—it goes beyond a traditional administrative position. You’ll work with warm leads—clients and prospects who have already reached out via in-person, phone, email, or text. This is not a passive front desk role. You are responsible for producing results. That means turning inquiries into scheduled appointments—or a clear no—by completing our follow-up process. This role requires a strong sense of urgency—leads are time-sensitive, and delays often mean lost bookings.
The Environment (Read Carefully)
High Energy: You’ll work inside an active dog daycare.
Noise is Constant: Dogs bark, phones ring, and people check in simultaneously.
Fast-Paced: You must switch between text, email, and live clients without losing details.
Compensation Your earnings are tied to results:
how consistently you follow up
how well you move conversations forward
how effectively you fill open spots
$20/hour plus performance-based bonuses. Most team members earn $25–$30/hour by consistently following up and filling openings.

Qualifications
At least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing role is required.
Comfortable working around dogs of all sizes (up to 150 lbs) in an active daycare environment
Strong communication skills (especially follow-up—no ghosting)
Tech-savvy and able to quickly learn software and systems
Available Monday–Friday from 7:30 AM–4:00 PM
At least one role held for 12+ consecutive months since 2023
Must be able to pass a federal background check
Physically able to be on your feet for extended periods (approximately 50–60% of the day)
Live within a 30-minute drive of 6628 Evergreen Way, Everett, WA
