Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Paralegal to join our Raleigh office. This role is critical to ensuring seamless real estate transactions from contract to closing. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, responsive, and comfortable working directly with clients, lenders, and real estate professionals.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and review residential and/or commercial closing documents, including deeds, settlement statements, and title commitments
Coordinate closings with clients, lenders, realtors, and attorneys
Order payoffs, surveys, and title insurance policies
Assist with escrow handling and post-closing disbursements
Maintain organized, accurate transaction files from opening through post-closing
Ensure compliance with North Carolina real estate procedures and deadlines
Qualifications
Knowledge of residential closings; commercial experience is a plus
Experience with closing/title software (Qualia preferred)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and client service skills
Ability to manage multiple transactions in a deadline-driven environment
Reliable, detail-oriented, and hardworking
Spanish language skills are a plus
We value practical experience, initiative, and drive over formal paralegal certification.
