Core Responsibilities
Supervise daily construction activities and coordinate subcontractors to maintain project schedules.
Ensure all work aligns with project plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
Conduct site inspections to identify and resolve issues proactively.
Partner with project managers to track progress, manage resources, and adjust timelines.
Lead safety meetings and enforce OSHA compliance standards.
Oversee on-site personnel, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure productivity.
Act as the main on-site liaison between clients, architects, and engineers.
Maintain detailed records including daily logs, safety reports, and project milestones.
Fast-paced, hands-on role requiring field presence and team coordination.
Exposure to outdoor conditions and physical site activity.
Strong emphasis on safety, compliance, and teamwork.
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred).
5+ years of construction supervision experience.
Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the U.S.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
OSHA 30 Certification or Certified Construction Manager (CCM).
Experience with project management and scheduling software.
Experience using Procore is a strong plus.
Experience managing large teams and complex projects.
Knowledge of sustainable/green building practices.
