What You’ll Do
Prospect and acquire new clients
Consult with customers to identify needs and provide customized insurance recommendations
Sell and cross‑sell a full portfolio: Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial policies
Foster strong client relationships with regular reviews and ongoing service
Exceed individual sales goals and fuel agency growthMaintain up‑to‑date product knowledge and compliance
Utilize CRM tools for leads, follow‑ups, and renewals
Contribute ideas in team meetings for agency growth
What You Bring
Prior sales experience or a proven track record of achieving ambitious goals (required)
At least 1 year of sales, customer service, or insurance experience (preferred)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Confident making outbound calls and closing deals
Willingness to learn, receive coaching, and master the industry
Strong organization and time management abilities
Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license is a plus—or willingness to obtain
Bilingual candidates welcomed
