What This Role Really Is We’re looking for a high-performance, in‑home sales role with technical execution. Your day includes walking into homes where customers already need service, diagnosing the problem, presenting options, closing the job on the spot, and then completing the work yourself.

Execution

Replace springs, motors, rollers, and full systems

Install openers, keypads, and wiring

Ensure every job is done right the first time

Delivering Experience

Create a 5‑star customer experience on every job

Generate repeat and referral business

Represent the company as a professional subject matter expert, not just a technician

What You’ll Get

Uncapped earnings: $100K–$300K+ (Top performers consistently exceed $200K)

What We Require

Valid driver’s license (3+ years driving record)

Ability to lift 75 lbs., bend, climb, kneel, and work in varying temperatures

Willingness to undergo criminal background check and drug test (THC excluded)

Basic comfort with navigation apps, Google tools, tablets, and software

Reading and basic math skills for measurements and payments

Minimum of 1 year in garage door sales and service

Currently employed by a reputable Garage Door company
