ABOUT THE ROLE
The Marketing Intern’s purpose at Gemini Legal is to effectively assist in the execution of a first‑of‑its‑kind research project, Association Partnership project and support general marketing initiatives. As a member of the Marketing department, the Marketing Intern is a proactive, analytical and detail‑oriented contributor.

Schedule:
Monday‑Friday, 8:00am‑5:00pm
Compensation: $19.23‑$21.63 Per Hour
The pay range for this role is $19.23-$21.63. Starting pay for new hires is typically within the lower third of the range: $19.23‑20.03. Exceptions may be made based on factors such as education, specialized skills, or significant relevant experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform secondary research to find existing industry or legal tech reports to ensure original data collection for the workers’ compensation market report
Track down and verify original sources for specific industry statistics to ensure citation accuracy
Identify and audit competitors in the workers' compensation space to report on their current whitepaper, blog, reports and educational offerings
Assist in setting up survey tools, ensuring correct logic for industry‑focused questionnaires
Research and compile distribution lists including bar associations, LinkedIn groups, and industry influencers
Monitor survey response counts daily and send reminder communications to reach respondent goals
Create design briefs for graphic designers to convert raw data into charts and infographics
Draft social media captions based on interesting statistics pulled from raw data to promote the report
Research additional types of data that can be sourced for future marketing projects
Sift through internal data to find proof points for white papers and case studies
Act as a project coordinator by tracking sub‑tasks and updating due dates in project management software
Other duties as assigned
WHAT YOU BRING
Education and/or experience
Currently pursuing or recently completed an AA or BA/BS degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration
Previous experience in a research or data‑focused role or education is preferred
Skills
Time management and organizational skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills with an eye for strong content and grammar
Ability to analyze and interpret both quantitative and qualitative data
Self‑motivated with keen attention to detail
Ability to function in a fast‑paced environment and meet strict deadlines
Technology
Experience in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Gmail) a plus
Experience with survey tools (e.g., Typeform) and CRM software (Salesforce) is a plus
Familiarity with project management software such as Asana
Other
Experience working in an office setting is preferred
Exceptional teamwork and collaborative spirit
Environmental and Physical Requirements
Lifting, bending, standing, climbing or walking while carrying out assigned duties
Sitting for at least one hour at a time (total: 6‑8 hours/day)
Keyboarding for extended periods of time (total: 6‑8 hours/day)
Using a phone with or without a headset for extended periods (total: 1‑2 hours/day)
Driving for extended periods of time, up to 1‑2 hours in a day and up to 25‑50 miles per day
Travel
Travel may be required for this position up to 10% of working hours
