Membership Sales Manager – Victorville, CA
Location: Hybrid (90% field-based within the market; 10% remote). Candidate must live within 50 to 75 miles of Victorville, CA.
On Target Earnings:
$75,785.28 – $180,000. Two fixed base salary options are available: $35,000 or $45,000 (non‑negotiable). Includes car allowance and uncapped commission.
We are seeking a driven and community‑focused manager to generate leads and sales for our AirMedCare Network membership through local B2C and B2B channels. Ideal candidates enjoy being active in the community, building trusted relationships, and serving families and businesses across Victorville and surrounding High Desert communities.
Responsibilities
Spend approximately 90% of time in the field, engaging local businesses (70% B2B) and individual consumers (30% B2C) to promote AMCN membership programs.
Identify and cultivate new leads through cold calling, referrals, community events, networking, local business partnerships, and grassroots outreach.
Manage full sales cycle from initial contact through enrollment with a consultative approach.
Participate in local events, health fairs, business expos, and community gatherings; establish partnerships with community organizations to enhance brand awareness and trust.
Qualifications
High school diploma (or equivalent), valid driver’s license, and clean driving record.
Minimum 3 years of B2C or B2B field sales experience, including cold calling and active prospecting, preferred.
Working knowledge of healthcare services, insurance products, or emergency medical transportation is preferred.
Familiarity with Victorville and surrounding communities is a plus.
