We are seeking an energetic, organized, and self‑motivated professional with strong communication and organizational skills. The ideal candidate will consistently engage business professionals, management, and HR teams across the Marion, Kokomo, Logansport, and Lafayette areas.
Key Responsibilities
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
Identify, research, and engage potential partners across target industries.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective partners.
Leverage outreach and engagement strategies to build initial relationships.
Coordinate with the branch network, regional team, marketing, and product teams to identify, negotiate, and manage partnerships that enhance market presence and revenue potential.
Travel within the area as required and network after hours.
