Job Title

NACIA Divisional Director (Part‑time)

Job Responsibilities

  • Serve as liaison to the Athletic Directors and other administrators/coaches of the specified NACIA Division.
  • Preside over meetings of the Divisional Athletic Directors (in person or virtual).
  • Be responsible for supervising Divisional operations including:
    • Creating and coordinating regular season schedules as needed.
    • Monitoring any disciplinary issues.
    • Being main contact with assigners of officials for conference sports.
    • Scheduling, planning, coordinating and attending all divisional championships and assisting with Conference Championships.
    • Managing conference eligibility in compliance with USCAA rules.
    • Assisting with researching plans to expand conference membership.
  • Supervise divisional sport information duties including posting contest results, stories, gathering award information and details and other responsibilities as determined by the Executive Directors.
  • Perform such other tasks as may be assigned by the Council of Presidents from time‑to‑time.

Compensation

Compensation is an annual stipend of $5,000.
