Merchandiser (New York)

Responsibilities:
Support the development and execution of seasonal assortments across multiple product categories
Analyze emerging trends and market direction to inform product strategy and design alignment
Partner with internal teams including design, production, and sales to bring product from concept through final delivery
Contribute to building cohesive line plans that support financial objectives and growth initiatives
Help guide color, print, and overall product direction in collaboration with design teams
Manage key milestones within the development calendar to ensure timely execution
Work closely with production on approvals related to materials, trims, and finished product
Maintain organization across multiple projects, ensuring accuracy and consistency throughout the process
Identify opportunities to improve workflow, communication, and overall efficiency

Qualifications:
Approximately 3+ years of relevant experience in merchandising or a related product-focused role
Background working within the Juniors market or similar customer segment
Strong eye for trend with the ability to translate ideas into commercially viable product
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Comfortable working cross-functionally in a collaborative environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Adobe programs (Illustrator, Photoshop)

$70k-100k depending on experience.

Full time on site.
