Position Summary We are seeking a Senior UX Designer to join a high-impact Customer Experience team focused on improving digital journeys across web, mobile, and in-flight platforms. This role is highly collaborative and will play a key part in shaping user-centered design strategies, delivering intuitive and visually compelling experiences, and influencing product direction across a large-scale digital ecosystem.
Responsibilities Design intuitive, user-centered experiences across web, mobile, and emerging digital platforms Create wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes using tools like Figma Translate user research, feedback, and data insights into design improvements Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and cross-functional teams Ensure consistency with brand standards and UX best practices across all touchpoints Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and leadership Support usability testing efforts and iterate based on findings Mentor junior designers and contribute to overall UX strategy What Makes This Role Stand Out Opportunity to impact end-to-end customer journey experiences at scale Exposure to innovative platforms, including in-flight entertainment systems Highly collaborative environment with cross-functional product and UX leadership Fast-paced, design-driven culture focused on continuous improvement and innovation Basic Qualifications Strong proficiency in Figma and modern design tools Experience with UI design, interaction design, and information architecture Strong understanding of accessibility and inclusive design principles Excellent communication skills and experience working in collaborative environments Portfolio showcasing relevant UX/UI work (required for consideration)
