Swoon is hiring for our Global Airline Client in Houston, TX and this will be a hybrid position.

Position Summary

We are seeking a Senior UX Designer to join a high-impact Customer Experience team focused on improving digital journeys across web, mobile, and in-flight platforms. This role is highly collaborative and will play a key part in shaping user-centered design strategies, delivering intuitive and visually compelling experiences, and influencing product direction across a large-scale digital ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive, user-centered experiences across web, mobile, and emerging digital platforms
• Create wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes using tools like Figma
• Translate user research, feedback, and data insights into design improvements
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and cross-functional teams
• Ensure consistency with brand standards and UX best practices across all touchpoints
• Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and leadership
• Support usability testing efforts and iterate based on findings
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to overall UX strategy

Basic Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Figma and modern design tools
• Experience with UI design, interaction design, and information architecture
• Strong understanding of accessibility and inclusive design principles
• Excellent communication skills and experience working in collaborative environments
• Portfolio showcasing relevant UX/UI work (required for consideration)
