Sales Organization Description
The Sales Organization covers multiple vertical segments and core teams that sell across the Salesforce Platform. The Business Development Representative (BDR) team focuses on generating new business and whitespace pipeline via outbound prospecting, supporting sales teams, and driving closed‑won business.

Day to Day

Generate new business pipeline primarily through prospecting outbound opportunities

Manage inbound leads that are driven by outbound effort

Nurture early‑stage opportunities

Gain interest through outbound cold calling across a set of existing Salesforce customers and breaking into net new logos in an assigned territory

Partner with core sellers to identify and source net new pipeline, researching lines of business and personas

Align with internal account team and identify key decision makers within new accounts

Preferred Qualifications

1‑2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field

Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, think creatively, and deliver high‑quality work

Experience researching, account planning, prospecting, and cold calling into a large list of accounts that are a hybrid of net‑new and existing install

Proven track record of achieving sales metrics and consistent year‑over‑year quota attainment

Compensation
The typical base salary range for this position is $50,570–$67,665 annually. In California, New York, and select cities in the Boston, Chicago, Seattle, and Washington D.C. metro areas, the range is $55,640–$74,490 per year. This range represents base salary only and does not include company bonus, incentive for sales roles, equity, or other benefits.
