Senior Director of Growth Marketing for a rapidly growing corporation in the Dallas area. The Senior Director of Growth Marketing will be responsible for translating the CEO’s vision into strong go-to-market execution, sharper market positioning, stronger brand awareness and a more effective direct sales and partner toolbox.
This is a DIRECT HIRE and IN OFFICE position.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategy & Go-to-Market
- Translate executive priorities into clear, actionable marketing plans
- Drive focused go-to-market execution across key markets, verticals and channels
- Bring structure and clarity to a fast-paced environment, ensuring alignment on priorities
Brand & Market Presence
- Lead global brand positioning and narrative across audiences and regions
- Strengthen brand awareness and category leadership
- Ensure consistency, quality and strong execution across all brand touchpoints, including events and customer experiences
Sales & Partner Enablement
- Develop and enhance sales and partner enablement tools and materials
- Create compelling value propositions that simplify complex products and solutions
- Partner with commercial teams to ensure marketing directly supports revenue objectives
Marketing Operations
- Build an efficient, scalable marketing delivery model leveraging internal and external resources
- Oversee execution across digital channels including website, paid media and email
- Manage external vendors and agencies to ensure performance, alignment and ROI
Product Marketing
- Lead product positioning, launches and lifecycle messaging
- Develop high-quality, sales-ready product materials
- Maintain competitive intelligence to strengthen differentiation
Performance & Executive Support
- Establish and track KPIs across brand, pipeline and execution effectiveness
- Provide clear, concise updates to executive leadership
- Use data and insights to continuously refine strategy and execution
Leadership
- Lead and develop a global marketing team with a focus on accountability and performance
- Build strong cross-functional alignment across sales, product and leadership teams
- Operate as a hands-on leader, balancing strategy with execution
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field
- 7+ years of progressive B2B marketing leadership experience
- Background in technology, SaaS, enterprise solutions or other complex industries preferred
- Proven success in product marketing, go-to-market execution and sales enablement
- Experience supporting both direct and partner/channel sales models
- Ability to operate effectively in complex, cross-functional and technical environments
- Experience in global or multi-region organizations preferred
- Track record of driving alignment in organizations shaped by growth or acquisitions
