* Schedule appointments for candidates to meet with our recruiters for comprehensive evaluations
* Provide ongoing follow-up with leads to maintain their enthusiasm and assist in their hiring journey
* Maintain precise and current records within our applicant tracking system
* Earn commission based on the meetings you set, interviews that occur, and successful hires stemming from your leads
