Senior Tax Associate

Responsibilities:
Preparation of complex Corporate returns, Federal and multi-state tax returns for individuals, trusts, estates, non-profit organizations, and pass-through entities
Coordinate and maintain relationships with clients including business owners, high-net worth individuals, and leadership teams
Prepare gift tax returns
Preparation of quarterly and year-end tax projections
Prepare and maintain tax workpapers
Researching Federal, state, and sometimes international tax issues
Experience Necessary:
BA/BS degree in Accounting from an accredited college/university required; MST preferred
3+ years of Tax experience with a public accounting firm
CPA or interested in pursuing CPA
Experience with CCH / Prosystems is a plus
Knowledge of Federal, State and Local tax laws
Experience in preparing individual, partnership and entity returns required
Ability to establish and maintain good client relationships
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
