that is seeking a highly experienced
Senior Trusts and Estates
attorney to join its dynamic team.
This is a unique opportunity to work with a firm that combines the resources of a large platform with a personalized, client-focused approach tailored to privately held businesses and individuals. The firm’s leadership is deeply committed to supporting attorneys in growing their practice and delivering exceptional service.
What the firm is looking for
Experience : 10+ years in trusts and estates law, with a strong focus on estate planning for high-net-worth individuals
Expertise : Ability to independently draft both basic and advanced estate planning documents, incorporating estate and income tax strategies, including irrevocable trusts
Client-Facing Skills : Proven track record of leading client meetings and building long-term relationships
Licensure : Must be licensed to practice law in California
Location : Must be able to travel to the Los Angeles office several times per week
Compensation
Salary Range : $250,000 – $300,000 (flexibility possible for exceptional candidates)
This is a senior-level role with no oversight—ideal for attorneys who can independently advise clients with $20M+ in assets and provide strategic tax guidance.
