Job Title:Techno Functional Consultant (NCR StorePoint) Job Location: Boston, MA - Remote allowed Must Have's: Experience 4-8 years ???? Role Summary The NCR StorePoint Techno Functional Consultant supports all back-office functions including pricebook, promotions, store and vendor setup, daily sales reconciliation, fuel data, and integration with other store applications. Technical Responsibilities Support L3 analysis for StorePoint failures, sync issues, or batch job failures Debug StorePoint logs, SQL records, import/export processes Monitor and fix integrations issues. Validate StorePoint upgrade patches in test/lower environments Create and execute SQL queries for troubleshooting and data corrections RCA for recurring BO issues or repeated store discrepancies Required Skills Strong expertise in NCR StorePoint modules (Pricebook, Vendors, Fuel, Inventory) Hands-on experience in data sync, item management, and store operations workflows Experience with SQL, XML file analysis, StorePoint job framework Retail convenience / fuel domain experience preferred
