Client Relations Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Technician to join our fast-paced logistics team, specializing in temperature-sensitive and urgent healthcare shipments. In this role, you'll manage the end-to-end coordination of domestic and international logistics, ensuring compliance with industry standards and delivering exceptional service for life-saving deliveries.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate the movement of time-critical, temperature-controlled shipments across global routes
Monitor and manage shipment progress, proactively addressing any delays or issues
Work closely with clients, carriers, and internal teams to ensure timely pickups, customs clearance, and final deliveries
Ensure all documentation is accurate and compliant with relevant regulations, including GDP and IATA standards
Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders throughout the shipping process
Respond to last-minute changes with agility and professionalism
Requirements:
Minimum 2+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or freight forwarding (preferably in pharma, clinical trials, or healthcare sectors)
Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations and customs procedures
Familiarity with cold chain logistics and temperature-controlled packaging solutions is a plus
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed
Proficiency in logistics software and MS Office Suite
Strong verbal and written communication skills
