Job Description:
A leading professional services organization supporting government and defense clients is seeking experienced Senior Management Analysts to join its on-site team. In this role, you will evaluate organizational performance, develop improved processes, and support leadership in optimizing operational efficiency. This position involves working closely with stakeholders across multiple functions and delivering actionable insights to enhance program outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct organizational assessments and develop recommendations for process improvements
Create and refine systems, procedures, and operational guidelines
Manage deliverables in alignment with established timelines and program objectives
Align budgeting considerations with project schedules and deliverables
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders across multiple organizations
Support cross-functional planning efforts and manage project interdependencies
Prepare and deliver detailed status reports and presentations to leadership
Compile and analyze data from multiple systems for recurring reports (biweekly, monthly, annual)
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 10 years of experience supporting executive-level operations within government, military, or large corporate environments
Active Secret Clearance
Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects independently
Experience coordinating executive meetings, special projects, and stakeholder engagements
U.S. Citizenship required
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
Familiarity with Department of Defense or federal government operations
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint
Key Skills Required:
