Description Oversee all daily operations on construction sites, ensuring work is completed efficiently and safely. Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel to meet project timelines. Monitor project progress and report updates to stakeholders as needed. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times. Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project plans. Identify and resolve potential issues to minimize project delays and cost overruns. Maintain accurate project documentation, including logs, schedules, and reports. Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and team members to achieve project goals. Profile Experience in managing construction projects within the property industry. Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations. Excellent organizational and leadership skills to manage multiple teams and tasks. Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction plans and specifications. Clear communication skills to effectively interact with clients, vendors, and team members. A results-driven mindset with the ability to problem-solve and adapt to challenges. Job Offer Competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $145,000 USD annually.
