Lead Superintendent - South Shore

Lead and oversee construction projects as the Lead Superintendent, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results. Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to meet project goals. Ensure strict adherence to safety standards and company policies on-site. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address potential issues proactively. Maintain clear communication with team members to ensure seamless project execution. Manage the scheduling and workflow of subcontractors and laborers effectively. Review and interpret blueprints and specifications to ensure accurate implementation. Identify and resolve any project-related challenges efficiently.
