The Company is in search of a Vice President of Sales to spearhead its commercial roofing revenue strategy, with a primary focus on the Southeast US market, particularly Florida. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and mentoring a high-performing sales organization, developing and executing regional sales strategies, and driving revenue growth across various commercial roofing sectors. This role demands a strategic leader with a deep understanding of commercial roofing systems and project lifecycles, as well as a strong network within the South Florida commercial construction or property management markets. The Vice President of Sales will also be tasked with building and strengthening long-term client partnerships, identifying and pursuing large regional and statewide roofing opportunities, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects in collaboration with the operations, estimating, and project management teams.
Applicants for the Vice President of Sales position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in commercial roofing sales leadership, with a proven track record of managing high-producing sales teams.
