Our client is a real estate firm with a long track record of investing across strategies. This role sits at the center of the transaction process, coordinating all administrative and operational activities across complex commercial real estate deals from LOI through closing. The Senior Transaction Analyst works closely with internal deal teams, borrowers, lenders, JV partners, legal counsel, title and escrow, and third-party vendors to keep transactions on track. The scope spans multiple asset classes, including senior and mezzanine debt, preferred equity, joint venture, and equity investments.

Responsibilities

Coordinate full transaction workflows for Debt and Equity deals from LOI through closing, serving as the central point of contact across internal teams and external parties.

Build and maintain closing checklists, critical dates calendars, and timelines to keep all parties on track.

Order third-party reports (title, surveys, zoning, PCR, environmental) and assist with curative work as needed.

Manage due diligence materials in the internal document management system and deal-specific data rooms.

Maintain organized electronic filing for all active and closed transactions.

Prepare KYC forms and collect investor and ownership documentation, org charts, and related entity materials.

Assist with entity formation, qualification, and bank account setup.

Coordinate signature page execution and delivery.

Gather invoices, coordinate payoff requests, and support settlement statement preparation.

Manage funding coordination with Treasury and Accounting.

Handle post-closing loan transitions to third-party servicers.

Minimum Qualifications

3 years of experience in commercial real estate transaction support, title, or paralegal work.

Available outside standard business hours when deals require it.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.

Understanding of commercial real estate due diligence processes and closing logistics, including title and escrow.

Able to juggle multiple active transactions without losing attention to detail.

Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a high-volume environment.

Spots bottlenecks early and moves to resolve them without being asked.

Compensation Salary Range:

$85,000 -$100,000*

Our client ultimately may pay more or less than the posted salary range, and the salary range may be modified in the future.
