Who We Are
At ProFood, we're building Infrastructure for Better Food. We are an international owner‑developer specializing in real estate for food‑focused businesses. We build and manage the entire spectrum of food production and distribution real estate. Since 2019, we have built, leased and managed over 5M square feet of space for food production, processing, storage and distribution. Our development approach is based on a deep understanding of the needs of food businesses, as well as the design and engineering principles required to build and operate complex production facilities.
What You’ll Do
Identify, qualify, and manage tenants from prospect to signed LOI, including direct negotiation of terms and collaboration with internal teams to ensure alignment with development and acquisition strategy.
Build and manage a targeted outbound strategy to identify potential tenants, referral sources, and strategic partners aligned with our industrial real estate portfolio.
Develop deep knowledge of food manufacturing operations, space requirements, workflows, and growth constraints to inform outreach, deal structuring, and lease terms.
Proactively build and maintain relationships with brokers, consultants, suppliers, operators, and other industry stakeholders who can provide insight, introductions, and deal opportunities.
Track, prioritize, and cultivate relationships over time, distinguishing between surface‑level contacts and high‑value, long‑term partners.
Work closely with development, acquisition, construction, and internal leadership teams to translate tenant requirements into actionable project plans and deal structures.
Manage the deal process from start to finish while leveraging mentorship and internal guidance as needed.Build and manage a targeted outbound strategy to identify potential tenants, referral sources, and strategic partners aligned with our development focus.
What We’re Looking For
4–6 years of experience in the commercial/industrial/retail real estate sector.
Experience in leasing, acquisitions, development, or asset management for an investment platform, national developer, or top commercial brokerage.
Deep functional knowledge of the real estate leasing process, understanding key value drivers for both the Landlord and Tenant in an LOI negotiation.
Excellent time management/organizational skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Highly motivated, driven, self‑starter, determined to achieve measurable results.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced team environment.
Strong entrepreneurial spirit, self‑motivated, and coachable.
Non‑residential experience (Commercial and Industrial exp).

The base salary range for this role is $106,000 to $125,000 per year.
Add’l Incentive Compensation: Individuals can earn an estimated annual incentive compensation range of $31,000 - $37,500 when meeting performance expectations. Actual incentive compensation varies based on individual sales performance and targets.
Actual compensation will be determined on an individual basis and may vary depending on experience, skills, and qualifications.
Base salary is just one part of your total rewards package. You may also be eligible for equity awards and an annual performance‑based bonus.
