Role Summary
To serve as the primary interface between our customers and our AI-augmented support ecosystem, ensuring high-quality resolution while maintaining compliance with the 2026 EU AI Act standards.

Responsibilities
Handling basic customer inquiries in the first service role, developing proficiency in ticket systems, phone etiquette, and product knowledge. Receiving coaching from team leads. Demonstrating strong communication and customer empathy.

Impact
Directly influences customer retention and brand trust by providing human oversight to automated systems and resolving complex inquiries that require emotional intelligence.

Team Structure
Part of a 12-person agile support squad consisting of 8 CSRs, 2 AI Trainers, and 1 Team Lead.

Reports To
Customer Success Manager.

Working Conditions
Travel Required 5%. Standard business hours (40 hours/week) with occasional rotating weekend coverage (once per quarter).

Physical Requirements

Ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of digital interaction.

Visual acuity to manage multiple high-resolution monitor interfaces.
