Job Description
Domino's Pizza is looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to work part or full time. The role involves taking orders, handling cash, preparing pizzas, and ensuring a clean, safe environment.
Responsibilities
Demonstrate friendly attitude and excellent customer service skills
Take orders over the phone and in person
Handle cash accurately and give correct change
Upsell menu items
Make high quality pizzas
Control food portioning and maintain hygiene and food safety standards
Prepare ingredients and handle food preparation duties
Perform general cleaning duties
Operate all equipment and stock ingredients
Process telephone orders and complete associated paperwork
Take inventory
Clean equipment and facilities daily
Essential Skills
Basic math: Add, subtract, multiply, divide quickly (may use calculator)
Accurate monetary change handling
Strong verbal, written, and telephone communication
Motor coordination between eyes and hands for rapid, precise movements
Keyboard and/or touchscreen order entry
Work Conditions
Outdoor tasks may involve varying weather
In‑store temperatures from 36°F to 90°F+
Exposure to fumes, cornmeal dust, hot surfaces up to 500°F
Cramped spaces such as walk‑in coolers
Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts
Physical Requirements
Standing for most tasks
Walking short distances periodically
Lifting: bulk deliveries up to 50 lb, stacking to 72" height
Carries: large cans (~3 lb), pizza sauce (~30 lb), trays (~12 lb each)
Pushing and pulling dollies or trays (up to ~24–30")
Climbing stairs/ladders occasionally
Bending, stooping, squatting for front counter and stock tasks
Reaching up, down, forward continuously
Eye‑hand coordination throughout the shift
