Corporate Paralegal- Los Angeles (Remote -1 day on-site per month)
We are partnered with a leading restaurant technology company that is looking to bring on a paralegal/legal operations associate with strong CLM experience and the ability to cross‑functionally collaborate with internal business units.
About the Role
The Paralegal will support a growing legal function through contract lifecycle management, legal research, compliance tracking, and cross‑functional coordination. You'll be the first point of contact for internal legal inquiries and play a key role in strengthening legal processes and tools. This hybrid role requires on‑site presence in Los Angeles once per month.
Responsibilities
Manage contract intake, repository organization, stakeholder communication, and reporting
Oversee legal tech tools (CLM, procurement platforms) and train internal teams
Conduct legal research (e.g., data privacy, regulatory requirements) and summarize findings
Review NDAs, update templates, and support first‑level contract modifications
Track licenses, permits, SOPs, and compliance deadlines
Serve as the first filter for employee legal questions and elevate as needed
Support policy development, meeting coordination, and privacy‑related requests
What You Bring
2-3+ years of paralegal or similar experience (law firm or in‑house)
Experience with legal tech tools; IronClad or Ramp is a plus
Strong understanding of legal principles, documentation, and compliance processes
Skilled in drafting/reviewing agreements (NDAs, licenses, etc.)
Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently
Collaborative, empathetic communicator with a data‑driven mindset
Curious, adaptable, and motivated by continuous improvement
