What is the opportunity? Join the Legal Department of a Fortune 500 company as one of a talented group of highly motivated Real Estate Paralegals. This role is responsible for organizing, reviewing, and drafting legal documents to help attorneys prepare for real estate transactions.

Primary Responsibilities

Interact with Toll Brothers divisions to help manage real estate deals.

Draft and review conveyance and finance documentation, including deeds, mortgages, promissory notes, releases, leases, easements, loan and escrow agreements, title reports and documents, contracts, amendments, assignments.

Track all due diligence requirements, key dates, title and survey review.

Prepare title objection letters, extension letters and amendments to contracts.

Review of permits, licenses, and subdivision plans.

Draft, negotiate, analyze leases and prepare abstracts.

Prepare documentation relevant to closing, post-closing, dedication of public improvements, homeowner community issues, and third-party home sale conveyances.

All other duties as assigned

Qualifications

An experienced Real Estate Paralegal that is a true team player with great legal drafting skills

Comfortable communicating with people at all levels in the organization

Proficient in title review

Paralegal Certificate from an ABA approved institution or 5 years paralegal experience

Preferred:

5 plus years Real Estate Paralegal experience

Bachelor’s Degree

In-house experience
